These services are provided to independent truck drivers, owner-operators, and small fleet owners across the United States.

3. User Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are authorized to operate or represent a commercial trucking company

• You have a valid MC and/or DOT number (if applicable)

• You agree to provide accurate company, insurance, and driver information

4. Dispatcher–Carrier Relationship

Sayou Movista LLC operates as an independent dispatching service and does not act as a broker, carrier, or freight forwarder. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You (the carrier or driver) have full control over load acceptance

• You authorize us to act as your dispatching representative for the purpose of booking loads

• You retain all operational and regulatory responsibility for your vehicle(s), insurance, and safety compliance

5. Payments and Fees

All service fees for dispatching are agreed upon in writing before service begins. Clients are responsible for timely payments as outlined in the dispatch agreement.

We do not take a percentage from your loads unless agreed upon. Any invoices unpaid after the due date may result in suspension of service.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Maintain valid motor carrier authority (MC/DOT number)

• Maintain active cargo and liability insurance

• Ensure drivers comply with FMCSA safety regulations

• Respond promptly to communication from dispatchers

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and information on the website are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” Sayou Movista LLC makes no guarantees that:

• Loads will always be available

• Specific rates or profits will be achieved

• Dispatching will result in any particular level of business success

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by brokers, shippers, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayou Movista LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services

• Broker or shipper conduct

• Regulatory fines, vehicle breakdowns, or missed appointments

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Non-payment

• Misrepresentation of information

• Unsafe or illegal driving practices

• Violation of these Terms

Clients may also terminate the dispatch agreement at any time with written notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Modifications

Sayou Movista LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
